PROJECT MANAGER (10+ YEARS)
A Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the project team in the development and execution of the contract documents. The Project Manager should maintain a direct line of communication with the client, the contractor, and design consultants, and be able to resolve issues and handle coordination under the supervision of the Principal in Charge.
DESIGN PROFESSIONAL (4-10 YEARS)
A Design Professional is responsible for collaborating with a team of architects and designers to develop design solutions and coordinate the design through the documentation and construction administration phases of a project. Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Design Professional will work within the BIM model to achieve these goals.
JUNIOR DESIGN PROFESSIONAL (0-3 YEARS)
A Junior Design Professional is responsible for working with the project team to assist in the overall effort of completing various project phases, including receiving specific and detailed instructions, performing basic architectural assignments, and delivering results in a timely manner.
