BLACK FOX LODGE

Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Rabun Architects was commissioned to produce a lodge-styled property in downtown Pigeon Forge alongside the Little Pigeon River.  This compact plan fits 178 rooms, all-day dining, a 4,500 square foot sub-dividable conference room, outdoor pool, furnished courtyard, and surface parking onto 3.0 acres.  The room design, exterior image, and lobby concept were custom designed for this popular location to support the owner’s independent branding.
